一、个人简介

骆贤亮,女,博士,现任福建农林大学食品科学学院讲师,福建省C类人才2023年毕业于浙江大学食品科学专业,获工学博士学位。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文14篇,其中一区SCI论文10篇。主持福建省自然科学基金创青项目1项、福建省教育厅中青年教师教育科研(科技类)项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、福建省高校青年自然基金重点项目和宁波市科技创新2025重大专项项目研究。主要研究内容为生物活性肽的开发及功能研究、纳米材料制备及安全性评估。
