一、个人简历

曾红亮,男,博士、副教授,博士生导师,福建农林大学食品科学与营养健康研究院副院长。福建省杰青,福建省高校领军青年拔尖人才,福建省高校新世纪优秀人才,福建农林大学金山学者青年学术新秀,爱尔兰农业部农业与食品发展局访问学者,福建省营养学会理事会理事。

2015年毕业于福建农林大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。20146月至20152月,赴爱尔兰农业部农业与食品发展局访学。

5年来,主持国家自然科学基金项目、福建省杰出青年科学基金项目、福建省高校领军人才项目和福建省自然科学基金项目等国家及省部级项目9项;主持和参与完成10项成果;其中,《金柑加工及综合利用关键技术的创新与产业化》获2016年福建省科技进步一等奖(第二完成人),《提高鱼糜制品品质关键及综合技术的研究与应用》获2013年福建省科技进步一等奖(第九完成人);以第一作者或通讯作者发表高水平论文43篇,其中JCR一区20篇,CSCDEI收录8篇,受邀参编英文专著《Probiotics, Prebiotics, and Synbiotics1部,获得国家发明专利9项。成果获15次国际/内会议邀请报告、欧洲植物化学会2-ISPMF国际会议奖。
