曹慧,女,博士, 1978  8 月生,江苏盐城人,2005 年毕业于中南大学,获分析化学硕士学位; 2013 6 -20155月德国维尔茨堡大学联合培养博士研究生,201512月获中南大学分析化学博士学位, 2016年至今澳门大学中药质量研究国家重点实验室博士后。主要研究方向食品功能与营养研究。2011年以来以第一作者和通讯作者在Biotechnology Advances (9.848), Food Chemistry (4.052), Current Medicinal Chemistry (3.455)等期刊发表SCI论文14篇,ISTP 收录 3 篇。截止 2016  1  1 日,共有 3 篇论文进入 ESI 高被引论文。
